Seven-Passenger Seating
Commander features the first three-row seating configuration ever offered in a Jeep® vehicle. The seats are arranged theater-style, with each row higher than the first. Moreover, the fold-flat 40-20-40-split second-row seating allows easy entry and exit to and from the third row, while the available fold-flat 50-50-split third-row seating can accommodate both passengers and cargo.
The third-row is an option on Sport.

Seating Configuration
Like variety? Need more cargo room? More seating? Know when to fold —em— Jeep® Commander offers 40-20-40-split fold-and-tumble second-row and available 50-50-split third-row seating. When flat, the seats create a load floor and ample cargo space. When upright, they provide room for up to seven passengers.

Heated Seats
Jeep® Commander doesn't skimp on the features when it comes to creature comforts and coziness. Its available heated eight-way power driver's seat with four-way power front-passenger seat lets you hit the road (or trail) in style and luxury. Heated seats are available on Sport with the Popular Equipment group package; standard on Limited and Overland.

Five-Passenger Seating
Don't need three rows of seating? No problem. For 2008 Commander Sport now comes with two rows of seating instead of three. You still get the fold-flat 40-20-40 split second-row seating.
